This was the best customer service I've had in 2026 and the first time selecting anything from this location. The staff are very kind, patient & helpful. I wasn't my best health and I was taken very good care of for this to be my first experience. They make it a very inviting atmosphere. Parking is ample..... portions are generous....... selection is a good variety management is on the job Places that deserve more than 5 stars are far & few these days. I do recommend China House for your satiate.

I have spoken to a member of management about the problem that I had with my egg drop soup and it has been corrected. The owner was not aware of it and has taken measurements to assure that it won't happen again I think he's a very nice person and I have been ordering food there on a regular basis ever since speaking with him. That is why I'm changing my post and I would recommend the China House to anyone.

Best place to get Chinese from! My family, cousins and all have gone here since we were like 5 and we are all in our 20s now and still go and always will! Food is always fast,hot and taste amazing:)! 10/10 recommend

I had the beef hunan and it had plenty of beef and veggies. The egg roll was crispy when I got back to eat my order. I would come back again. I have no complaints as it was hot, fresh and made quickly.

Best Chinese we’ve had in decades! Fast, hot, looks better than photos and is delicious. Prices are good for the generous portions of quality ingredients. Plus, staff is friendly. We enjoyed dining in.

First time here, visiting Akron and we were not sure where to go. We chanced it and it was a right pick. Very friendly staff, nice clean facilities, food is amazing, we ordered bigger portion option and we could not finish it, and had the rest to go. Prices are half of what we pay in Atlanta for good Chinese. Strongly recommended
